Whether you're a student-athlete navigating intense pressure, a teen facing emotional ups and downs, or a young adult trying to find your path, therapy can help. I offer a safe, supportive space to process what you're going through, strengthen your mental resilience, and reconnect with who you are—on and off the field, in school, and in life.

During therapy we can do deeper processing, trauma work, and make links to how your past or current struggles can be affecting your daily life. Wellness
Overall health and wellness is the goal at Mental Health Booster. Your mind can’t be well if your body is not. With wellness services, I provide coaching about nutrition, sleep, and movement that can correlate with your mental health. This can include education, referrals to specialists, a work out/accountability partner, and focus on healthy self care activities. Programing is tailored and priced by needs, which is determined after the first consult.
